Oh those Summer Nights... OOTN

Hello there!

Yes that is a line from Grease and Summer Nights! Last night we had a BBQ and it was lovely to be able to sit out for ages as it was still nice and warm... the BBQ was amazing and I made an amazing jug of Pimms! I was stuffed afterwards! I wore a little dress that I got last year from H&M... My skin is still playing up at the moment (still have a little rash on my face) so unfortunately there are no head shots... Yes I'm headless on these photos!

The straps are elasticated along with the waistband and the trim around the boobs... It is brilliant for smaller boobed people like me as it pulls everything together whilst still keeping you in! It's lightweight and just above the knee so you don't have to worry about flashing... I really love this dress!

As it is from last year I have found you something very similar from H&M online here!

This dress is only £7.99 and comes in two other colours!

Hope your all having a good few days of Sun and filling up on BBQ food too!
I am at another one at the boyfriend's house tonight :)

MAC Sheen Supreme Lipstick in Blossom Culture

Hello there!

How lovely is this sun eh? I have been sunbathing quite a bit and my skin seemed to be getting better until I woke up this morning... I now have a small rash over my face that are little bumps under the skin. Brilliant. My skin must be congested or something but it really is doing my head in at the moment. I'm at work today so can't exactly wear no make up but tomorrow I am out riding the horse all day so I will brave the day with no make up and give my skin time to breathe. Anyway onto the review...

Last month I went on a MAC makeover and bought the lipstick; Blossom Culture. It's a sheen supreme lipstick so doesn't look like the normal MAC lipstick.

A Sheen Supreme lipstick combines the colour of the normal lipstick and the shine of a lipglass to give a lovely shiny lip colour.

The formula isn't sticky and it lasts around 2 hours so not as long wearing as some of the normal MAC Lipsticks. I really love the colour as it is a sort of peachy/pink colour and perfect for everyday. It's definately my go to lipstick!

Heres some pictures of me wearing Blossom Culture:

It is currently out of stock on the MAC website but it is available online at Debehnams. Also there is still a 10% offer on all Beauty and Fragrance making this lipstick only £12.15 instead of £13.50. Finally if you use the code 'KR74' (I think it still is valid) you can get an extra 5% off!

Have you got any MAC Sheen Supreme Lipsticks?

Origins Skincare Goodies

Hello there!

How beautiful is this weather we are getting at the moment! Loving every minute of it and I am taking full advantage of whipping my bikinis out too! Just recently my skin has been horrid... I have been getting lots of spots between my eyebrows, on my nose and on my hair line. I was really unsure before what skin type I was but after having this mahoosive breakout I have realised I am definately combination leaning more towards oily than dry... Just recently my Benefit Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow foundation has been slipping straight off my forehead and has been collecting in a horrid mess...

The spots I have been getting are not white heads as such (sorry for the detail!) but sores and really red and painfully and just will not go away. So I have been watching my fair share of bloggers skincare videos include Corrie from Dizzybrunette3, Anna from Vivianna Does Make Up and Fleur from Fleur de force. I have been seeing some of the things they have been using and wondering whether to get some of the things...

After seeing a post on Anna's blog for the Origins Super Spot Remover I was instantly intrigued. She said it was amazing and could eradicate her blemishes overnight... I was sold! Obviously I know that it may not work for me but I started having a look at Origins website... Cue purchases...

First is the Night-a-mins (think it's vit-a-mins with a twist!) moisturiser that is oil-free. It's full of vital minerals and essential oils. You just have to see the packaging to see it's cram packed with good stuff! It's smells gorgeous and citrusy (that isn't a word I know!) and looks like it's going to be really refreshing! You apply it at night and your skin is meant to be renewed! It's more of a gel consistency because it's oil free.

Next is the Super Spot Remover. This is a teeny tiny bottle and I hope it preforms its miracle because I really am in need of one! You apply a small layer to the spot up to 3 times a day until it disappears. This stuff smells quite strong and can sting a little apparently. This is also a gel that I think I am going to apply with a cotton bud.

So sorry if this was a bit rambly but I wanted to tell you about my skin crisis at the moment and obviously the things I got from Origins. Being in the sun may have also helped my skin slightly by drying out my spots fingers crossed!

Night-a-mins was £32 for 50ml but it was actually £27.36 from Debenhams. There is also a normal version of this too for people who don't have oily skin.
The Super Spot Remover is £12 but is £10.26 from Debenhams for 10ml.

To get these great deals, Debehnams has 10% of all Beauty products but if you also add the code 'KR74' you receive an extra 5% off! But not stopping there, it is also free delivery at the moment!

Have you tried Origins skincare?

Instyle Bluebell

Hello there!

So recently Instyle magazine were giving full sized Nails Inc polishes away with their magazine... I wasn't too fussed about the offer until I saw just how gorgeous Bluebell was... The magazine was about £3.80 so that was brilliant to get a full size Nails Inc polish which are usually £11. Heres Bluebell...

So this is two coats worth and I must say the colour is absolutely perfect for spring and summer and probably even winter! It's such a beautiful colour and applies brilliantly! The finish is really shiny and it doesn't seem to chip much either! I really do love this polish!

I'm not sure if the magazine is still available but there are two other colours, pink and peach, to collect!

Did you get any of the polishes?

P.S. You have one day left to enter my Shamballa Bracelet Giveaway here!

I lost my Zara Virginity

Hello there!

So whilst I was in London me and the boyf went sight seeing and we went shopping... Now I'm not entirely sure which part of London it was but we popped into Zara. I've never seen the hype about Zara really but I went in nonetheless. Well... my attitude has changed. I think Zara is lovely... Some things are pricey but then other things are really quality for money... As I was walking around, I was complaining to the boyf how I couldn't spend any money and I wanted everything in there... Bless him he offered to get me some things!

Heres what I got...

Horse Blouse with studded shoulders and cuffs - £29.99

Skeleton girl long necklace - £9.99

Always envisioned that Zara was way out of my price range!
I have my eye on their blazers which are £50... They seem really good quality and slightly thicker than the Primark ones.

Have you been to Zara lately?
